The Key Account Manager (F/A) at Scalian will be responsible for developing one of the company's key accounts in the FMCG sector, reporting directly to the Global Account Manager. This role plays a critical part in shaping client strategy, driving growth, and delivering integrated solutions that meet evolving customer challenges.
What You'll Do
- Be the guarantor of sales generated by the customer
- Create and maintain contact with the customer's organization at the highest level (purchasing function, operational and executive function, C-Level)
- Create, if necessary, manage and develop the network of contributors within Scalian
- Create and lead the right network of partners to be more relevant within the customer's organization
- If necessary, propose GMEs
- Lead the referencing and pre-sales for major contracts, ensuring good cohesion with Group activities and entities, and liaising with the relevant Senior Advisors
- Report to General Management on account development issues and priorities
- Be responsible for the development of the customer's offering: understanding the challenges and their evolution, adapting the offering to best meet these challenges
- Ensure a global vision and knowledge of the Group's offerings, and demonstrate an ability to bring them together in end-to-end mode to create value for the customer
- Lead the team of Account Managers involved in the Account, providing a unique vision and orchestrating associated actions (prospecting, identifying opportunities)
- Arbitrate and validate decisions with BDS Directors and Managing Directors when necessary
What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG/PGC sector
- Familiarity with the main challenges of the FMCG sector
- Ability to engage with client organizations at the highest levels (C-Level, executive, operational, purchasing)
Team & Environment
Team of Key Account Managers and local managers present in Paris, Marseille, Hamburg, and other regions, reporting to the Global Account Manager (GAM).
