lightspeedhq is hiring a Key Account Manager - Enterprise Gastronomie (deutschsprachig, Berlin, m/f/x)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for top-tier clients in the foodservice industry.
  • Create and execute strategic account strategies to support expansion, renewal, and technology integration.
  • Drive product utilization and contribute to improving net revenue retention across the assigned client group.
  • Organize and lead quarterly business reviews and long-term success planning meetings.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns, onboarding progress, and performance indicators to detect and mitigate risks promptly.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational decision-makers to reinforce long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
