About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with major clients across the Western US, focusing on long-term growth, retention, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with data-driven strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales for high-value client accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients

- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Negotiate contract renewals and upsell initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Drive adoption of new products and services
- Monitor client performance and satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues
- Present quarterly growth strategies to clients
- Track industry trends impacting client operations
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments
- Utilize CRM tools to document client interactions
- Advocate for client needs internally
- Support onboarding and integration processes
- Analyze financial performance of accounts
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Travel to client sites as needed

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
