Raisin is hiring a (Junior) Third Party Control & Process Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete operational lifecycle of external technology providers, from onboarding and integration to ongoing oversight and eventual exit.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors, serving as the main contact for resolving operational issues and service interruptions.
  • Work with Compliance, Procurement, and Legal teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements during vendor selection and contract renewal.
  • Implement and maintain ICT third-party risk controls in line with DORA regulations.
  • Keep an updated register detailing all dependencies on external ICT services.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess vendor risks, evaluate concentration exposure, and ensure participation in operational resilience testing.
  • Create and maintain joint business continuity strategies, escalation frameworks, and incident response procedures aligned with DORA reporting rules.
  • Define, enforce, and monitor performance indicators and service level agreements for all third-party providers.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and performance audits with critical vendors to drive improvements and ensure service reliability.
  • Build and manage real-time monitoring dashboards for vendor performance and risk using tools like Looker.
  • Design efficient operational workflows that smoothly incorporate third-party services into internal processes.
  • Shift from manual, reactive controls to automated, proactive safeguards to strengthen system integrity.
  • Document product configurations and process interdependencies to clearly identify and reduce the impact of third-party outages on customer transactions.
