Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels
- Deliver between 30 and 50 candidate profiles per position while handling 4 to 5 roles at once
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
- Initiate contact with prospects via personalized outreach messages
- Engage in project team discussions and calibration sessions as a senior-level contributor
- Collaborate with recruiting partners to clarify and align on job requirements
- Record all sourcing activities accurately in the applicant tracking system or CRM
- Provide feedback on market trends and recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies
