Responsibilities
- Implement diverse sourcing methods across multiple platforms to locate qualified applicants for high-volume sales and technical positions
- Develop and sustain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean queries, job posting sites, and innovative outreach approaches
- Perform preliminary phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate alignment with company culture, availability, and job expectations
- Serve as a representative of the recruitment team during client-facing meetings and interviews, maintaining professional communication on behalf of the organization
- Collaborate with senior recruitment staff and internal departments to ensure sourcing efforts support job specifications and organizational goals
- Monitor and record sourcing efforts, outreach performance, and pipeline status within the applicant tracking system, providing timely reports to stakeholders
- Assist in crafting job postings and candidate communications to effectively target suitable talent
- Maintain a positive and consistent candidate journey from initial contact through transition to next stages
