We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Systems Analyst with a passion for technology and a foundational understanding of financial systems. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes for our FinTech and/or banking-related platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within the financial technology space. He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT: Assist in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Document system specifications, workflows, and data mappings for financial and digital banking solutions. Support the evaluation of current system functionality and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure clear understanding of system requirements. Participate in testing activities including test case preparation, functional testing, and UAT support. Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs during development and post-deployment. Assist in integrating APIs, payment gateways, and digital banking tools. Maintain documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and support procedures. Stay updated on financial industry trends, digital banking innovations, and compliance requirements.
