Responsibilities
- Gain familiarity with the product's codebase and support mid-level and senior developers with simpler technical tasks
- Address customer support problems that require deeper technical investigation beyond initial support teams
- Support high engineering standards through test creation, reducing technical debt, and enhancing code integrity
- Build and sustain backend APIs and microservices that power reporting features, third-party integrations, and essential workflows
- Engage in standard development processes including requirement reviews, task decomposition, effort estimation, and system enhancements
- Maintain clear documentation to promote long-term code maintainability and team knowledge transfer
