Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for GPP-related inquiries and coordinate between the client's systems and Finastra teams
- Take part in on-site Low Level Design and Interface Level Design sessions, contributing insights on system architecture, interface planning, and integration approaches
- Function as the primary configuration specialist for the client, guiding both system and business setup
- Analyze GPP testing problems using log files, trace data, and Oracle database queries
- Assist the bank during system integration, user acceptance, and non-functional testing phases by resolving queries and reviewing test coverage
- Investigate live environment issues and suggest practical temporary solutions
- Provide assistance during production system updates and version upgrades
- Engage in reviews of technical and functional documentation, including specifications and use case scenarios
