Travelcircus GmbH is looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager (m/w/x) - Hotels to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring unique 4- and 5-star hotels at special conditions to continuously present the best travel packages in our network. You'll work with colleagues to source hotels across diverse themes like wellness, mountains & sea, amusement parks, and event hotels.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new hotel partners in the DACH region through independent, phone-based outreach, focusing on exclusive 4- and 5-star hotels.
- Negotiate rates, commissions, and additional services via phone and writing to secure the best deals for customers and partners.
- Manage partnerships during campaign phases, monitor hotel performance, and continuously optimize offers to maximize availability and revenue.
- Review personal KPIs in regular team meetings and feedback sessions with your team lead to improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- First professional experience in the tourism industry, for example in a hotel, with an OTA, or a tour operator.
- Confident and convincing demeanor with a pronounced sales mentality and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical understanding and a good sense for good deals to make informed decisions.
- Communication strength, assertiveness, quick-wittedness, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Negotiation-level German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Safe handling of common MS Office applications.
Nice to Have
- Existing contacts in the hotel market.
- English language skills.
- Language skills in Dutch, Polish, and/or Italian.
