Collaboration Betters The World GmbH (CBTW) is hiring a (Junior) Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers by presenting our service portfolio. You will identify project needs, create tailored offers, and lead contract negotiations, all while collaborating closely with recruiting.
What You'll Do
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain or develop existing customer relationships within our service areas.
- Present the service portfolio to potential clients via phone calls, in-person meetings, and company events.
- Identify project needs and determine the corresponding consultant requirements for new and existing clients.
- Create tailored offers and successfully execute contract negotiations, including closing contracts.
- Participate in in-person and telephone job interviews in close collaboration with the Recruiting and TECH teams.
- Place qualified candidates with clients and support related administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A successful degree in business or economics, or commercial training with corresponding further education.
- A strong interest in both human resources and information technology.
- Strong sales skills, high value on customer satisfaction, and excellent networking abilities.
- Persistence, determination, and an absolute will to succeed.
- High self-motivation and a goal or result-oriented mindset.
- A structured way of working.
- Persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor.
- Enjoy dealing with people and possess a sense of humor.
- Fluency in German and English at a negotiation level.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
