upscale media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is hiring a Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) for a B2B sales role within our online marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads. You'll focus on lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with other agencies, supported by a dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily cold calls, qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking each potential customer.
- Present the company's offerings and close contracts with agencies.
- Work closely with management to improve strategies and optimize sales processes.
- Attend an intensive sales bootcamp at SalesHax in Hamburg for development.
