About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Real Estate Agent to join our team, focusing on high-demand condo rentals along the MRT Blue Line. This position is ideally suited as a part-time side-job with very flexible, on-demand working hours tailored to client appointments. Please note that appointment times vary, requiring availability at different times of the day across different weeks.
No previous real estate agency experience is required, as comprehensive in-work training and coaching will be provided. However, you must already have a good understanding of the condo rentals concept in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and guide prospective clients at condominium properties along the MRT line to showcase rooms and facilities.
Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring accurate property condition reports.
Assist clients throughout the rental process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Requirements
Nationality: Thai nationality only.
Residency / Local Knowledge: You must live in the target location area or possess very strong, pre-existing knowledge of the area.
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Thai (reading, writing, and speaking) – you must be able to read and type Thai quickly. Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking). Preferable: Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
Tech & Software Skills: You must be able to use mobile apps smoothly and efficiently. You must have experience using Microsoft Word to read and write Thai language documents on Windows or Mac.
Soft Skills & Attitude: Great social skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proactive while remaining coachable – able to listen and follow instructions from seniors.
Transportation: You must be able to travel around the target districts easily using public transportation (MRT/BTS), your own motorcycle, or your own car.
Nice-to-Have
Proficiency in Chinese language.
Previous experience in customer service or real estate (though not required).
