Responsibilities
- Help create and carry out test plans, test cases, and automated scripts aligned with business and technical specifications
- Carry out functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests on digital banking and financial platforms
- Detect, document, and monitor defects using issue tracking or test management systems such as JIRA
- Work closely with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to verify new features, updates, and resolved bugs
- Perform testing in various environments including UAT, staging, and production for web, mobile, and API applications
- Support validation of financial features such as payments, loans, digital wallets, user registration, and related services
- Assist in verifying that systems meet regulatory standards including KYC, AML, and PCI-DSS requirements
- Support the development and upkeep of QA documentation and internal knowledge resources
- Help track application performance and user experience after releases
