Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing management within the consumer goods industry
- Proven ability to manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
- Expertise in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning
- Proficiency in planning and executing effective go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and market research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and levels
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and take ownership of results
- Genuine interest and understanding of the More brand and its community
- Fluency in English and German
