About the Role

The Junior Order Manager will oversee order processing, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the fulfillment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming client orders with precision and adherence to specifications
  • Monitor order progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders across departments
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in order details promptly
  • Maintain accurate records in the company's order management system
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to assign workloads
  • Track deliverables and escalate potential delays
  • Support quality assurance checks on completed orders
  • Assist in refining order processing workflows
  • Respond to internal inquiries about order status
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements
  • Coordinate with linguists and vendors when necessary
  • Manage change requests during active projects
  • Prepare regular status reports for supervisors
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow established protocols for escalation and resolution
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Uphold service level agreements with consistency
