Responsibilities
- Oversee the used car delivery network in Germany remotely, balancing contractual carriers, charter trucks, and the evolving in-house fleet.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal and external logistics partners to ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and efficient vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain and update order data within the company's proprietary logistics system.
- Assist in the ongoing improvement of processes and tools.
- Collaborate with other internal departments and logistics centers across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficient in Google Sheets or MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Team player capable of managing stakeholders from various departments.
- Fluent in English at C1 level.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience in logistics or truck fleet management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.

- The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake.
- The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
