About the Role
This role involves providing hands-on technical support for office IT infrastructure, resolving user issues, and maintaining reliable systems across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees
- Maintain and update desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support network connectivity across office and remote setups
- Install and configure operating systems and essential software
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of user accounts
- Monitor system performance and implement fixes proactively
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements
- Manage access permissions and security settings
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Handle printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Provide timely responses to internal support requests
- Assist with cloud-based service configurations
- Support backup and recovery processes
- Participate in office IT projects and upgrades
- Ensure workstations meet company standards
- Follow up on user feedback to improve service quality
