About the Role

Akvelon is seeking a Junior .NET Software Developer with Azure to join our team. In this role, you will focus on connectivity validation across Azure environments by building and maintaining services that simulate real customer scenarios.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain services that simulate real customer scenarios by deploying resources in Azure.
  • Run automated network tests for connectivity validation across Azure environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience with C#/.NET (web apps, services, background tasks).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, especially App Services and Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency with ARM templates for infrastructure automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking (ICMP/TCP, routing, peering, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with AI tools (Copilot, agents).
  • Experience working with distributed systems and troubleshooting across Azure resources.

We are seeking an Senior Android Engineer to support global growth initiatives through mobile features focused on translations and guest experiences. The role involves contributing across the full development cycle: technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
You will be responsible for managing your own task pipeline, maintaining strong communication on progress, and collaborating with the team to deliver and support high-quality Android features.

Tasks

  • Develop, maintain, and support Android features within the platform;
  • Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
  • Collaborate with the team on upcoming features and design considerations;
  • Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and questions;
  • Manage assigned tasks via Jira and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in developing user-facing Android applications at scale using Kotlin or Java;
  • Experience with modern Android frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and Kotlin coroutines;
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for collaboration with distributed teams.

Nice to have:

  • Backend experience (service development, databases, Kubernetes) and ability to design maintainable APIs;
  • Experience with customer-facing public applications;
  • Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.
