ADL is hiring a Junior Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities

  • Produce digital visual assets for paid social media, email campaigns, websites, and additional marketing platforms
  • Develop on-brand visual elements, layouts, and graphics that support specific campaign goals
  • Edit brief video content for social media, including formatting adjustments, subtitles, simple motion graphics, and fundamental animations
  • Modify creative materials to meet varying platform requirements and audience expectations
  • Work closely with marketing and creative departments to produce compelling content
  • Assist in shaping visual concepts for promotional campaigns, product or initiative launches, and continuous brand narratives
  • Maintain organized systems for design files, templates, and reusable creative resources
  • Respond to feedback efficiently and implement revisions without compromising design quality
  • Keep informed about evolving trends in social media content, platform-specific best practices, and new creative formats
