Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automated workflows for building, testing, and deploying software through CI/CD pipelines
- Operate and manage cloud resources on AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and Amazon Connect
- Deploy and oversee container-based applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Define and manage infrastructure using code via Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Automate routine operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Enforce security standards, compliance policies, and best practices in cloud environments
- Work closely with development teams to optimize release cycles and resolve technical issues
- Handle logging systems, alerting mechanisms, and incident response procedures
