I KNOW HOW S.A is hiring a Junior/Mid Robotics Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Help build and maintain robotics components using ROS1 and ROS2, including nodes, launch configurations, and basic lifecycle management
  • Support the creation of localization systems for outdoor and marine environments using GNSS RTK, IMU data fusion, and LiDAR-based odometry
  • Help integrate and test navigation frameworks such as Nav2, including path planners, controllers, and Behavior Trees
  • Design, implement, and sustain software modules in C++14/17 and Python
  • Assist in modeling robots and simulating behavior using URDF/Xacro in Gazebo or Ignition
  • Support integration of sensors and drivers including LiDAR, IMU, cameras, and motor controllers
  • Work within Docker-based development environments and use Git for version control
  • Take part in field testing robotic systems in real-world conditions
  • Debug system issues under supervision and review logs to assess performance
