Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect, assess, and record business needs
- Design and update process flowcharts, business justifications, and user narratives
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents as needed
- Produce and manage detailed documentation throughout project lifecycles
- Bridge communication between business units and IT teams to align objectives
- Develop UAT test scripts, knowledge transfer documents, user guides, and training resources
