Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, with an emphasis on ERPNext/Frappe and distributed components
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrations connecting ERPNext, partner platforms, and downstream systems
- Extend and refine ERPNext/Frappe doctypes, workflows, permissions, and server-side logic
- Develop and support asynchronous or event-driven processes to boost system efficiency
- Write and run unit tests, API tests, and assist with regression and performance testing
- Use modern frontend frameworks such as React to build user interface components and connect them to APIs
- Improve applications for scalability, reliability, and high performance
- Diagnose and fix technical issues across both frontend and backend layers
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production problems
