About the Role

This role supports the development of integrations, automations, and custom workflows using AI techniques and data analysis under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Help design, build, and deploy integrations, automated processes, and tailored enhancements across internal and customer workflows.
• Use artificial intelligence methods, including generative models and prompt engineering, with oversight from senior engineers.
• Perform foundational data analysis, create SQL queries, and contribute to visual dashboards for sharing insights.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to maintain clear communication, requirements alignment, and feedback cycles.
• Learn new technologies and support customers by guiding them through essential workflow processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or relevant practical experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
• Fundamental knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Motivated to take on complex challenges and develop engineering expertise.

Nice to Have

• Experience or familiarity with Generative AI and large language models.
• Exposure to vector databases, data embeddings, NodeJS, or Golang.
• Interest in building solutions that interact directly with customers and automate workflows.
