At Reply3, we are looking for a (Junior) Engineer Transmission Network (M/W/D) to start their career in an environment that combines innovation, team spirit, and continuous learning. You will actively contribute to taking our telecommunications clients' transmission networks to the next level and help shape the networks of the future. As part of BU3 within the Reply Group, you'll join a specialized team of 51-200 colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Gradually build expertise in the Engineering, Planning, Deployment & Operations of transmission networks through hands-on learning.
- Support monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting activities within our clients' live networks.
- Collaborate to ensure adherence to planning specifications, timelines, and processes for efficient project execution.
- Develop deep expertise in selected areas of transmission technology over the course of various projects.
- Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification.
- Basic knowledge of transmission technologies such as WDM, SDH, Ethernet, or Next Generation ASON.
- Initial insights into the functionality of management systems in transmission technology.
- Excellent command of both German and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience or internships in the field of transmission or related telecommunications technologies such as Glasfaser, DWDM, SDH, or IP.
