About the Role
The selected candidate will assist international clients by resolving inquiries, managing cases, and ensuring high satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving in German or French.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in German or French with accuracy and professionalism
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to customer feedback systems
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve service quality
- Monitor service performance and report on key support metrics
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure
- Contribute to documentation for internal and external use
- Support the creation of knowledge base articles
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Work closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle service requests across multiple communication channels
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Maintain a high standard of customer service under pressure
- Adapt quickly to new product updates and features
- Assist with translation of support materials when needed
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
