Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in interpreting client briefs and providing clear creative direction to designers and animators for digital and social campaigns.
- Apply platform-specific best practices for creating short-form video, static, and animated content across major digital channels.
- Help define project scope, timelines, and workflows from initiation through final delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of pitches, creative treatments, and client proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and internal quality benchmarks.
- Develop foundational skills in copywriting and script formatting for digital content.
- Manage task-level progress across assigned projects, identifying potential delays or obstacles early.
- Keep project documentation organized, including creative briefs, schedules, and feedback records.
- Support client communications under guidance, learning to advocate for production needs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate Asana project workflows, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are current and transparent.
- Create and manage project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing scheduling risks.
- Ensure internal team alignment through consistent communication and proper use of project management tools.
- Collaborate effectively with creative teams across different time zones.
- Act as a dependable, responsive, and solution-focused team member with strong organizational habits.
- Encourage innovation by sharing ideas and identifying areas for improvement within workflows.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or a similar field.
- Proven experience using Asana to manage workflows, assign tasks, and track project timelines.
- Submission of a portfolio or work samples, including internship, freelance, or agency projects.
- Demonstrated organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of short-form content formats and major social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social advertising creative for platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Background in user-generated content (UGC) production.
- Exposure to B2C or B2B brand campaigns.
