Clario Tech is hiring a Junior Creative Marketing Manager [Mobile] to create and scale digital products. In this role, you’ll blend creative execution with marketing strategy, directly influencing results for our mobile portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Prepare clear creative briefs for designers and the motion team.
- Generate ideas and hypotheses for advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Create static advertising creatives like banners, images, and thumbnails.
- Make simple video creatives using no-code / low-code tools.
- Adapt and localize creatives for different formats, placements, and proportions.
- Participate in the A/B testing process: creating variations, iterations, and updates.
- Track basic creative metrics and participate in optimization.
- Control the compliance of creatives with advertising platform requirements and policies.
- Work closely with UA managers, marketers, designers, and the product team.
What We're Looking For
- 6–12 months of experience in digital, creative marketing, SMM, or paid ads.
- Experience working with creatives for Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Ability to create static creatives in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Experience creating simple video ads in Canva Video, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar no-code tools.
- Understanding of ad formats, placements, proportions, safe zones, and principles of scaling creatives.
- Ability to write creative briefs and describe tasks.
- Knowledge of basic principles of testing and iterating creatives.
- Willingness to learn, work with feedback, be attentive to details, and communicate effectively in a team.
