Responsibilities
- Own analyses end-to-end: frame the problem, gather and model the data, test your own conclusions, and present recommendations directly to leadership.
- Turn ambiguity into action: when the question is broad and undefined—such as a new market, a new product bet, or a quietly broken process—structure it yourself, decide what data would prove or disprove your hypothesis, and drive the analysis without waiting for a scoped brief.
- Build the tools that inform real decisions: business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards that our founders and executives actually use to decide what happens next.
- Improve how the business runs: identify the operational bottleneck no one has named yet, design a better process, and help drive it into place across teams.
- Run special projects that matter: coordinate stakeholders, keep initiatives moving from kickoff to delivery, and prepare strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos that shape where the company goes next.
- Communicate like it counts: distill your analysis into the one slide that changes someone's mind—lead with the answer, back it with evidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm, in a Strategy or Operations practice.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, complex formulas, and ability to build financial models, business cases, or analyses from scratch.
- Ability to think in hypotheses: lay out possible explanations and determine what data would prove or rule out each one.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, scoping own work, and driving independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills: distill complex analysis into a narrative a founder or executive absorbs in minutes.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content.
