Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt visual assets for Employer Brand projects, internal communications, presentations, events, and educational initiatives.
- Handle routine design requests from HR and other internal departments.
- Apply existing brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production.
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Occasionally assist with offline events, photo shoots, or production-related tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant graphic design experience or a strong junior portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid grasp of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create and adapt visuals for digital and print formats.
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation and visual exploration.
- Basic motion design or animation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and receptiveness to feedback.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work.
- English proficiency sufficient for working with briefs, references, and internal communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse design requests.
- Genuine curiosity about art, design, and visual culture, with motivation to grow as a designer.
