Responsibilities
- Oversee affiliate aviation activities to ensure compliance with corporate, brand, and industry-specific standards and procedures.
- Plan and manage site visits to airports and marine terminals, offering guidance and supervision to field personnel.
- Apply technical and safety standards in aviation operations, emphasizing health, safety, environmental protection, and product integrity.
- Supervise the execution of control systems covering asset management, cash handling, oil loss tracking, and payment workflows.
- Support assessment and rollout of capital expenditure initiatives within the region.
- Identify and deploy improvements in processes and emerging technologies to enhance performance.
- Act on behalf of the organization in joint operational forums when required.
- Analyze and finalize agreements with airports, government agencies, and third parties, including supply, operations, and acquisition contracts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape regional aviation strategy.
- Engage in special assignments and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Assist marine facilities with product release and clearance while upholding quality and specification requirements.
- Track inventory levels and stock on demand, coordinating with supply chain teams to maintain compliant and uninterrupted supply.
- Develop and manage budgets focused on operational expenses, capital projects, training, and additional income streams.
- Coordinate with multiple departments including operations, engineering, procurement, finance, HR, and sales to optimize performance.
- Attend and contribute to aviation industry events, technical committees, and professional forums while representing the company professionally.
- Monitor joint venture account performance and prepare financial summaries for review in formal meetings.
- Lead technical and operational discussions with global partners such as JIG, Shell, and IATA.
- Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the position’s level and scope as assigned.
