Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, supporting them in all payment-related questions.
- Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Research markets and industries to discover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver the best client experience.
- Track and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Strong academic achievements and results
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset
