Requirements
- Foundational skills in motion graphics, with no prior professional experience required.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects for animation tasks.
- Knowledge of video editing fundamentals and techniques to engage viewers.
- Proficiency in handling typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
- Detail-oriented mindset, fast learning ability, and solid time management.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing social media advertisements.
- Familiarity with animation plugins such as Animation Composer, Motion Tools, and CompositeBrush.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools including NanoBanana, Veo3, and ElevenLabs.
- Ability to implement scripts and expressions in motion design workflows.
