About the Role
The individual in this role will assist in maintaining and optimizing system infrastructure, working across hardware and software platforms to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Assist in deploying and configuring servers and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support cloud infrastructure management
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades
- Implement security patches and updates
- Assist in backup and recovery operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents
- Maintain system availability and reliability
- Perform routine system maintenance
- Assist in capacity planning
- Track and resolve service tickets
- Support identity and access management systems
- Configure monitoring tools for infrastructure
- Participate in incident response activities
- Follow change management protocols
- Assist in network troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Support automation of routine tasks
- Contribute to post-incident reviews
- Work with configuration management tools
- Assist in onboarding new systems
- Participate in technical planning sessions
