Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain reliable relationships with contact persons from funding agencies
- Provide consultation on coaching content, program progress, and participant adaptation
- Conduct individual AVGS-based coaching sessions in person at the location
- Support professional orientation, self-responsibility, and emotional stability
- Enhance daily structure, self-care, and personal activation
- Document, reflect on, and share coaching outcomes with the internal team
- Maintain regular communication and reporting to funding bodies
- Independently schedule and carry out one-on-one coaching sessions
