The Demand Generation Manager will lead Lyro’s demand generation efforts by building a content-led engine from the ground up, taking full ownership of programs end-to-end. This role is central to driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Tidio's AI customer service product, Lyro, through high-impact written and multimedia content, while collaborating across marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and run demand generation programs using content-led formats such as webinars, expert interviews, podcasts, reports, and narrative campaigns.
- Create high-quality written content that supports the pipeline, including landing pages, guides, case studies, and sales narratives — while experimenting with new formats and channels that convert into qualified leads.
- Run webinars and virtual events — generate topics, recruit speakers, manage logistics, moderate or host sessions, and repurpose materials into content assets.
- Develop campaign concepts — craft messaging and content series that resonate with audience pain points and buying committees.
- Collaborate with paid marketing, SEO, lifecycle/email, and product marketing teams to align messaging, content, and positioning across channels.
- Build credibility through customer stories — conduct interviews, create testimonials and case studies, and convert insights into pipeline-supporting programs.
- Project manage delivery — plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure content and programs ship on time and with quality.
- Define lightweight success metrics, measure impact, and iterate programs strategically to improve content-led demand generation outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Mindset that treats content as a growth lever to generate measurable results, not just as writing output.
- Fluency in English at a native, bilingual, or C2-level to communicate with US audiences, including hosting webinars, online events, or podcasts.
- Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (SaaS or tech preferred), ideally in roles with high ownership or early-stage initiatives.
- High ownership and autonomy — able to turn ambiguous goals into executed programs and build new initiatives from the ground up.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with metrics and using data to improve programs and campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools to craft and scale content-led programs.
- Comfort hosting webinars, online events, or podcasts, and appearing on camera when needed.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving and experimental environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing to mid-market/enterprise buyers or working with multi-stakeholder messaging.
- Background in customer service, CX, help desk, or AI-related products.
