Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through personalized activities that advance their path to employment.
  • Partner with hiring managers and engagement specialists to match clients with appropriate job roles.
  • Support clients in obtaining lasting employment and intervene when job retention is at risk.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside organizations to connect clients with relevant programs and services.
  • Keep detailed records and ensure all tasks comply with required standards and regulations.
