Responsibilities
- Guide clients toward employment success using customized activities and motivational support.
- Partner with hiring managers and engagement specialists to match clients with appropriate job openings.
- Assist in securing long-term job placements and intervene when clients face challenges that may lead to job loss.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external organizations to connect clients with relevant support programs and services.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records and ensure all actions comply with regulatory standards.
