Responsibilities
- Guide clients using customized activities that advance their path to meaningful employment.
- Partner with hiring managers and engagement specialists to match clients with appropriate job placements.
- Aid in securing long-term employment and offer intervention support when job retention is at risk.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external organizations to connect clients with relevant programs and support services.
- Keep thorough, up-to-date records and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
