CI&T is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through advanced automated testing strategies and frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and suites
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality standards
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues through resolution
- Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle by advocating for quality
- Mentor and provide guidance to other team members on QA best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Senior QA Automation role
- Expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks from scratch
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Brazil.
