CI&T is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be a key contributor, leading design efforts to create user-centered digital products and services that deliver meaningful value.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and concept development to high-fidelity prototypes
Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for complex digital products
Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Proven experience leading design projects and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
