CI&T is hiring a Full Stack Software Architect to join our team in Brazil. This role focuses on the technical leadership and architectural design of robust software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

Design and document the architecture for full stack software applications.
Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for development teams.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks for current and future projects.
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.
Mentor developers and conduct architectural reviews to ensure adherence to defined principles.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Software Architect designing and delivering full stack solutions.
Deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies and their integration.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and cloud-native principles.
Ability to analyze trade-offs and make informed decisions on technology and architecture.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
