We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to work on our client's project and drive the modernization of a large-scale enterprise system.
In this role, you'll guide our transition from a monolithic architecture to a cutting-edge microservices-based platform, ensuring the adoption of best practices across all development and deployment phases.
The ideal candidate will establish and enforce best practices in development and deployment, while also working and collaborating with the client to support their Digital Transformation initiative.
Responsibilities:
Lead the backend transformation effort, primarily utilizing Java Spring Boot.
Design and implement robust microservices architecture, aligning with cloud (AWS) best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and enforcing high code quality standards.
Oversee and optimize performance tuning, comprehensive testing strategies, and efficient deployment pipelines.
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Java development, including significant leadership roles.
Deep expertise with Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
Solid background in designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proven experience working effectively in Agile environments.
Professional fluency in English and Thai, both spoken and written
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in insurance or financial sector projects.
AWS certification or demonstrated expertise in cloud-native design and deployment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
