Wipro is looking for a Java Production Support professional who brings a strong application production support background, AWS knowledge, and experience in the Payment domain. This role is part of our mission to be an end-to-end digital transformation partner, and we need people inspired by reinvention.
What You'll Do
- Provide robust application production support for critical systems
- Utilize Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and issue investigation
- Read and understand application source code to diagnose root causes
- Apply strong analytics and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex incidents
- Participate in daily multiple triage calls, requiring clear and effective communication
What We're Looking For
- A strong application production support background
- Must have knowledge of AWS
- Must have Payment domain experience
- Expertise in Splunk
- Ability to read and understand source code
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills for daily client and team interactions
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Azure cloud
- A background in Java and Ruby development

- Salary range: $60,000 to $135,000
