Responsibilities
- Works closely with developers, coders, and design teams to shape and build new software applications
- Conducts in-depth development work, including gathering and documenting technical specifications
- Supports the formulation of software requirements, goals, and specifications for management information systems on individual projects, working with internal stakeholders
- Helps outline software project plans, including scope, timelines, and execution strategies
- Investigates, evaluates, and meets the needs of both internal and external system users
- Develops code scripts to improve performance and functionality of management information systems
- Creates, executes, and oversees performance testing for new and existing software to detect bugs and identify optimization opportunities
- Performs detailed review of test outcomes and provides targeted fixes for identified issues
- Provides training to end users on how to operate updated or newly developed software systems
