CHECK24 is looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our Austrian expansion. You will develop and improve our financial and insurance products from day one.

What You'll Do

Develop and improve our financial and insurance products.
Take responsibility for the conception, design, implementation, and quality assurance of state-of-the-art Java web applications within our shared microservice architecture.
Accompany complete project cycles and product lifecycles.

What We're Looking For

At least two years of professional experience as a Java developer.
Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices with REST APIs.
Good handling of NoSQL and SQL databases (MongoDB/MySQL).
Hands-on mentality and implementation strength, willingness and enthusiasm to develop our products.
Willingness for continuous further education.
Very good German and/or English language skills.

Nice to Have

Practical experience with CI/CD and Clean Code.
