Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and positive customer interactions that enhance the fresh shopping environment.
- Greet and support shoppers in alignment with established service guidelines.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, orderly, and safe through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure common areas like dining spaces, restrooms, and locker rooms are consistently maintained.
- Help monitor inventory levels and order supplies when directed.
- Adhere to company policies with an emphasis on health and safety, food safety standards, and correct equipment handling.
- Perform assigned opening and closing tasks and assist coworkers as required.
- Occasionally take on extra duties to support daily store functions.
