Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for setting up and maintaining local area networks for internal or client use
- Help assess computing hardware, software, and related equipment such as peripherals and communication devices
- Set up network components, including servers, routers, and network operating systems
- Ensure consistent network availability by monitoring data transmission and connectivity
- Diagnose and fix common network issues in a timely manner
- Manage small-scale networks with up to 25 devices or support segments of larger networks
- Collaborate with project teams and program leads to carry out daily operational tasks
- Support management by gathering, analyzing, and validating financial information for recurring departmental evaluations
- Document technical and operational findings clearly and logically
- Perform regular audits of external data interfaces across field offices to detect and correct inconsistencies in financial or operational data
- Interact with diverse IT platforms to deliver integrated enterprise support services
- Assist acquisition efforts across departments requiring expertise in IT, finance, HR, program oversight, economic research, and administrative functions
