Responsibilities

Diagnoses and fixes issues related to software, hardware, telephony, and network infrastructure.
Provides hands-on support for end users with desktops, laptops, printers, local networks, and installed applications.
Supports educational facilities in operating Active Directory, thin clients, tablets, interactive displays, and Wi-Fi systems.

Responsibilities

Resolves software, hardware, phone systems and network problems.
Assists users with PC’s, Macintoshes, Printing, Local Area Networks (LAN) and associated software.
Assists schools with the use of Active Directory, Thin Client devices, tablet computers, Interactive White Boards, and wireless technology.
